Third Reich SA Dress Dagger by Carl Eickhorn with Erased Rohm Inscription, good untouched example complete with its original brown wooden grip, eagle and enamel SA device set into the grip. Nickel silver top and lower cross guard mounts, reverse of the cross guard stamped “Ns”. Housed in the original scabbard with both top and bottom mounts. Blade retains much of the original polish and blackening to the motto, “Alles fur Deutschland”. Reverse side of the blade has small type Carl Eickhorn makers trade mark and clear signs of erasure of the Ernst Rohm dedication inscription. Blade measures 22cms, overall 37cms. Good untouched example.
Third Reich SA Dress Dagger by Carl Wusthof with Regimental Markings, good untouched example of a standard pattern SA dress dagger with brown wooden grip, nickel silver eagle and enamel SA device set into the grip. The lower cross guard and the top scabbard mount are stamped with regimental markings, “4/R 84 17984” and lower cross guard also stamped “Nm”. Dagger scabbard is in untouched condition with some surface rusting and a dent / kink. Double edged blade with motto, “Alles fur Deutschland”. Lower section of the reverse with makers trade mark for Carl Wusthof, Solingen. Some staining to the blade, which measures 22cms, overall dagger measures 37cms. Good untouched example by an unusual maker.
Post 1902 Household Cavalry The Life Guards Officers Waist Belt Clasp, superb example being a seeded rectangular plate with crowned overlay being entwined LG with PENINSULA and WATERLOO battle honours in scrolls. Centre with silvered garter star with red enamel centre. Fixed bar and catch fixing to the reverse. Much of the original finish remains to the plate.
Victorian Kings Shropshire Light Infantry Officers Home Service Helmet Plate, good example of the crowned eight pointed star backing plate with laurel spray overlay, garter strap, green enamel centre with silvered strung bugle and gilt KSLI, three part silvered scroll with regimental details. Three lug fittings to the reverse. Generally good condition, one small area of enamel loss to the centre.
