Provenance: Margaret, Lady Gretton, Uffold Old Rectory, Lincolnshire, sale on the premises, Heathcote,Ball & Co., May 2000 and Lot 113. Footnote: The crest and motto is that of Rawson of South Yorkshire and Lancashire, (see David S. Howard, Chinese Armorial Porcelain, volume II, page 544). The author notes: "This is the only service with British arms known with Fitzhugh pattern in green enamel.
