Two Continental Meissen style floral encrusted teacups and saucers, together with a floral encrusted pierced circular dish, a floral encrusted circular jar and cover, a Naples painted cabinet cup, a Continental twin section salt, painted with birds and insects, a porcelain figural painted brooch, a porcelain oval figural painted bowl and a enamel painted scent bottle and finial, (a/f), (9).
An unusual Continental gold and enamel pendant watch, in the form of a book, 19th century. The cover decorated in dark blue enamel strapwork, with a hinged oval cover concealing the white enamel dial with roman numerals. The movement with heart-shaped plates, the interior also containing a hinged folding frame to hold three photos. 3.4cm high x 2.6cm wide x 1.3cm deep. Note: The firm of B. Haas Jeune & Cie of Geneva, showed very similar photo / watch pendants at the Paris exhibition of 1867.
A Continental gold mounted tortoiseshell and enamel, box and cover, 19th century. The cover with a glass and blue foil background, set to the centre with an oval enamel plaque, painted in grisaille, in imitation of a cameo with a profile bust of Plato, within a seed pearl border. The sides and base with pique inlaid decoration. 6.3cm diam x 2.9cm high.
