A scarce Third Reich K98 dress bayonet believed to be of the Wachgefolgschaft (Watch followers), plated hilt with chequered grips and HJ inset enamel badge (slight chip), in its black painted scabbard with leather frog. A Hitler Youth early pattern sheath knife by Schaffe Solingen, “blut und ehre” on blade and another similar without motto but stamped “RZM M7/13”, both in their black painted sheaths, all mounted on a wooden shield with painted HJ badge. A mounted & inlaid wooden 'La Jurassiene' box. A set of Harrison Sovereign scales, Ivorine date markers in a silver stand. A Champleve enamel inkwell with tray base. etc.
A Late 19th Century French Boulle-work Mantel Clock by Potonie, Paris. The movement striking a bell with a white enamel dial in a drum surround mounted above a glass fronted case enclosing the brass pierced and engraved pendulum. The case elaborately decorated with scrolling brass inlay on a red tortoiseshell ground, 16½ ins (42 cms) in height.
A 19th Century Mahogany Eight Day Long Case Clock by W Prest of Liverpool. The 14 inch (36 cms) wide arch-topped enamel dial painted with warring crusaders in the arch and architectural structures in the corners. The face painted with a ring of black Roman numerals encircling a seconds and calendar subsidiary dial. The hood having a moulded swan neck pediment with embossed rosettes to the terminals flanking a swan finial with spired ball finials either side. The glazed hood door flanked by fluted columns. The trunk having a blind fret carved frieze band above a serpentine topped door with lip-moulded edge flanked by sunken corner columns above carved 'brick-work'. The moulded base raised on bracket feet, 98 ins (248 cms) in height.
A Small Art Deco Silver & Enamel Clock hallmarked London 1928 with Collett & Anderson makers' punch. The Swiss made eight day clock mounted in a silver & turquoise blue guilloche enamelled frame suspended between barleytwist uprights rising from an enamelled plinth, and terminating on bun feet. 3¾ ins (9.5 cms) in height, 4¾ ins (12 cms) wide.
Two Pairs of 18th Century Limoges Enamel Candlesticks (A/F) and a pair of French Cabinet plates (A/F). The candlesticks decorated with sprigs of flowers; one having scalloped edged bobeches, the other with pierced lace edge bobeches, both 9¾ ins (25 cms) in height. The cabinet plates decorated with gilded heraldic crests and embellishments on dark blue glazed grounds, and having pierced scalloped borders, 9 ins (23 cms) in diameter.
An Arts & Crafts white metal and enamel double sided pendant, in the form of a laurel wreath, unmarked, approx 2.5cm diameter, together with a Sterling silver and butterfly wing brooch, depicting St. Christopher, approx 2.8cm x 2.2cm and a Sterling silver and butterfly wing bar brooch by Thomas Mott & Co, depicting a dragonfly. (3) Note: Sold on behalf of The Children's Trust. CONDITION REPORT: Enamel pendant with minor bruises and losses to enamel.
A Masonic gilt metal ball compass, together with six pairs of cufflinks including a pair of silver and ceramic links with paintings of yachts, RAC enamel links, a pair by Brevet, of triangular form, set with red crystals, a pair by Christian Dior in bi-colour gilt metal, a pair of gilt metal links cast with Neo-Classical figures and a further pair. A collection of gold jewellery to include a 9ct rose gold cased Omega ladies wrist watch, white enamel face with black Roman numerals and gold dot minute markers, fitted with original 9ct rose and yellow gold expendable bracelet strap, approx gross weight 23g, together with a pair of 18ct gold bangles, of plain form, approx 15.8g, two 22ct gold wedding bands, approx 4g, a 9ct gold wedding band and a 9ct gold belcher link chain, approx 45cm long; ring and chain approx 10.3g. (7) CONDITION REPORT: Omega watch in good condition, ticking as of 10/03/15 but no guarantees given as to working order of any timepiece. Rings and bangles with slight misshaping. Chain in good condition.
