*A circa 1923 Centaur Cross-Frame 'Model 11', gentleman's roadster, with a 23-inch black enamel frame and nickel-plated parts, this is an older restoration and features a single speed chain set with a 'High' 7-inch crank, rat trap pedals, 28-inch Westwood rims and tyres, down-turned 20-inch handlebars with stem fitted short brake levers operating stirrup brakes to both wheels, a Brooks B66 leather saddle and a Lucas bell are fitted, the steering lock is broken (1)

*A 1912 Centaur Featherweight Gentleman's Bicycle. Restored to a very high standard about 22-years ago, and little used since, the 26-inch frame is numbered 160240 and possesses a delightful black enamel finish with gilt box lining, good old-style nickel-plating, deep-set mudguards and a modern but period-looking light brown Brooks B10 saddle. Other features include an Armstrong 3-speed hub gear with its correct handlebar mounted control, roller levers operating stirrup brakes back and front, rat trap pedals and a small chain wheel fitted as standard. No pump is fitted This bicycle comes with two typed documents outlining the detailed work carried out in 1994, and a typed postcard from the late Alan Hawkes, one-time Centaur marque enthusiast. (2)

*A circa 1904 'Columbia' gentleman's 'Model 45' roadster by The Pope Mfg, Co., having a 24-inch frame with a delightful black enamel finish, the inch-pitch block chain and sprockets are in good condition, one-piece 7-inch cranks with rat trap pedals are fitted and retain their original nickel-plating. The semi up-turned 21-inch hickory handlebars, favoured by Columbia at this time to special order, possess old style cork grips. The saddle is an early Christy type, and a frame-mounted tool bag is fitted together with a Hine Watt 'Columbia Model C' acetylene gas lamp. A good original bicycle with wooden rims and cream 26-inch tyres (1)

*A circa 1898 Columbia Rear-Steering Tandem. A 'Model 48' lady-front bicycle having been well restored with correct old style nickel-plating which complements the black enamel frame, two 26-inch wooden rims are fitted, having wire-tangent spoking, a solid rubber tyre to the front and a rubber protection ring to the rear. A Christy saddle and a period leather saddle are fitted, as well as two sets of nickel-plated open-frame pedals. The chain wheels and double-linked chain appear to be in good useable condition. The Columbia badge is in good fettle with easy to read patent details covering the period from 1885 to 1896. A circa 1900 'Twentieth Century' oil lamp is fitted (1)

An early twentieth century bicycle with a 24 1/2-inch frame, 17-inch handlebars with grey celluloid grips, 28-inch Westwood rims finished in black enamel with gilt accentuation lines and cream tyres fitted, the shaft drive mechanism appears to be intact and working well benefitting from original cranks and period pedals. Front and rear oil lamps are fitted, as are front fork mounted foot rests, leather saddle and a plunger brake (1)
