WW2 German Luftwaffe Jagdgeschwader 26 Squadron Badge, white enamel shield badge with the gothic “S” to the centre, this being the badge used by the squadron which was named after Albert Leo Schlageter. The badge is mounted to the centre of a small laminated three bladed propeller, probably originally part of a desk ornament. Accompanied by an early 20th century pipe with the pipe bowl in the form of an eagles claw holding the bowl. Housed in a card case with a silk ribbon printed “Verein deutscher Krieger von 1870-71 zu Altona“. (2 items)

A 19th century continental gilt metal mantle clock, the painted enamel dial with Roman numerals, the gilt metal case with figural decoration and porcelain oval panels, on a wooden stand, 32cms high.Condition ReportMissing its original glass dome. There is general wear, the gilt metal case is dirty but general good condition. The dial has an enamel chip near the left hand winding hole, the other panels are in good condition. The glass is missing from the front of the dial and the movement winds and strikes on a bell.
Railway interest. A French silver cased open faced pocket watch, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, the case decorated with a steam locomotive going over a bridge, 6cms diameter; together with an open faced pocket watch, the enamel dial with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, the back decorated with a steam locomotive, 5.5cms diameter (2).
