A mid 19c French figural mantel clock. in gilt spelter case with inset white alabaster panels. The clock depicts an artist in 16c dress and with his paintbox and oval painting standing on a swagged base. The clock element has a white enamel 8.5cm diam. dial with Roman numerals and is signed Henri Marc a Paris. The movement has countwheel striking on bell and silk pendulum suspension. The clock stands on a black oval wooden base, 38cm l overall. (Dome missing).
A late 19c French carriage clock in glazed brass 'Corniche' style case with white enamel rectangular dial with Roman numerals. The two train movement strikes on a gong and has an hour repeat button on the case. It has its original lever platform escapement and the clock stands 18cm tall overall (handle raised).

The embossed gilt 9cm diam dial has enamel numeral plaques with blue Roman numerals. The glazed aperture below the dial show the sunburst pendulum and the movement has countwheel striking on a bell. The clock stands 31.5cm tall overall.

Georgian, all stones in situ, slight rusting to the prongs. Art Nouveau; some losses to the enamel, some rubbing to the surface of the red gems.
