A collection of 1920s and 30s necklaces along with a pair of art deco enamel and diamante earring drops. Included in the lot are some unusual Czech necklaces, the first features blue gems mounted on a disc of celluloid from which hangs a pendant in a more classical style, it is a marriage of styles but original to the piece, the second is a string of various glass beads very much in the Neiger brothers’ style but suspended is a large matching bead with ‘Mallorca’, a souvenir piece. Included in the lot is a necklace made from old Czech beads but has been made more recently. (8)
A Czech glass bead necklace in the Egyptian Revival style of the 20s, the beads appear to be original as does the sarcophagus pendant, possibly strung later, albeit with some skill, each bead is hand knotted. The pendant is brass and cold painted enamel in the same colours as the beads. This comes with an Egyptian revival brooch, some Czech Egyptian Revival cabochons and two flapper length 1920s glass bead necklaces. (qty)
