A 19th Century gilt brass cased mantel clock the eight day movement by Japy Freres of Paris the circular painted porcelain dial with central river landscape decoration inscribed Ernest Miroy Paris within a chapter ring of Roman numerals over a further painted panel depicting two figures in an interior flanked by further river landscapes raised on lions paw feet and carved giltwood stand CONDITION REPORTS Some light surface scratches. A build up of dust in areas. Accretions. Small areas of tarnishing to the brass. The raised white dot of enamel below the number 11 has partially come away. The gilt wood base has some wear and there are splits to the silk lining on the base. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for more details.

A 9 carat gold cased wristwatch, the dial set with Arabic numerals with gold plated expandable strap, a silver cased pocket watch, the white enamel dial set with Roman numerals, secondary dial and inscribed "Stuart & Co. London", together with a collection of various other wrist and pocket watches, plated or white metal, etc
A Georgian diamond set and guilloche enamel mourning brooch of lozenge form, the central panel set with diamond encrusted urn on a blue ground, within a pearl and blue enamelled stepped beaded border, the other side with engraved decoration to back and hair, the central pear cut diamond approx 0.75 carat, 6 cm long, approx 22 g CONDITION REPORTS The pear shaped diamond in the centre is approx 8 mm long x 5 mm wide. With a x8 lens there appears to be some kind of inclusion to the very back of the diamond which is visible to the naked eye as well. The central diamond also appears quite white although unable to comment professionally as not a qualified gemologist. There are some small knocks / roughness to the edge of the enamel but nothing major. There is a loss of one white enamel dot. Surface scatching, etc, all conducive with age and use.
