A French silver-gilt chalice, maker's mark apparently PG with mitre between, second half of 19th century, set with enamel bosses of Christ, The Virgin Mary, angels, St. Peter and other saints and with coloured pastes imitating gems, set on applied pierced scrollwork mounts, a small blue enamel cross to front of foot, top of knop with two of the original four fruiting vine shields (two now absent), 23.6 cm. high, gross wt. 603 gm.Cracks to the enamel boss of Christ on foot, two fruiting vine shields absent from top of knop, the occasional bit of wire mount missing from around a couple of the enamel bosses on foot, one of the small angel bosses on knop is loose but present and needs re-securing.

(2).In excellent condition, no apparent losses, damage or restoration.

A modern gilt brass cased carriage clock by Matthew Norman with eight day hour and half hour striking and hour repeater mechanism, striking on a coiled gong, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, the architectural style case with reeded columns on a deep plinth and pediment with escapement view panel. The face is marked "Matthew Norman, London", the movement marked "11 jewels unadjusted Swiss made movement. Matthew Norman London" and numbered 1751A. In very good working order, no nicks, scratches or other defects noted. 10x8x18.5cm. high, handle raised.

(5).There is a hole at back of small sauceboat. Decoration on picture back teaspoon is very worn and wear to bowl. Wear to bowl of Kings Husk teaspoon.
