A box and hinged cover, early 20th century gilt metal, peridots, enamel and moulded glass, the sides cast with a frieze of waving fronds, the cover a moulded glass panel decorated with a naked woman within scrolling leaves stamped marks to metal, 'LALIQUE' 13.5cm. long This box has been tested by the GoldsmithsÕ Company Assay Office, London. A copy of the findings can be provided on request. This states that as the result of a non-destructive test, namely X-Ray Flourescence Spectroscopy, the composition of the scurfed bottom was found to be: Gold 75.4%, Silver 12.0%, Copper 12.6%. à

Three items to include a stick pin depicting a horse's head with diamond set eye, a 15ct gold bar brooch with two charms attached and an enamel riding cap charm. All three items are in generally good condition. There are general scratches to the brooch, wear and tear, there are again some scratches and discolouration to the attached charms. The hat charm is in good condition. There is some quite serious noticeable tarnishing to the horses head stickpin.
18ct gold five stone pearl memorial ring with black enamel decoration to the sides, also a ladies unmarked 14k fob watch with enamelled floral decoration to the back case. In good to fair condition. Memorial ring is stamped '18ct', metal showing some wear and tear. Pearls appear well matched, black enamel has worn from some of the patterning on the shoulders-ring size UK N, US 6.5. The watch metal is showing wear and tear, there is a vacant cartouche within the enamel floral patterning. Some of the enamel is worn. The case to the back does not close properly, there is an inscription within the back case.
Continental ornate design 18ct gold key wind full hunter fob watch, with a white roman numeral dial, outer engraved floral and scroll design case and black enamel detail also a woven belcher link design longuard chain, with oval rose cut diamond set link, with raised leaf design and black enamel detail. Dial diameter-3.4cms. Length of chain-154cms/60 inches.
Three items to include a 9ct gold fancy twist and trombone link bracelet with fourteen gold and/or gem set charms attached to include an amethyst and seed pearl set spider, a jade drop and a coral foliate cluster, an aventurine and Chinese symbol panel bracelet and a moire band with seed pearl and enamel S design panel. In good general condition. Each of the oval links to bracelet are stamped '9 375'. Links/bracelet metal showing wear and tear and some discolouration. The charms appear in good/fair condition, most are yellow metal with one or two being white metal. Aventurine quartz bracelet is stamped '14K' again metal showing wear and tear and discolouration. Band in fair condition, two of the pearls are missing from the panel and white enamel is worn at edges.
Three items of jewellery to include a 9ct gold diamond bracelet with panel links of pave set round brilliant diamonds linked by square gold panels, a 9ct gold opal bar brooch with central oval opal bordered by blue enamel plus an abstract design multi gemstone pendant in blue, green, yellow and white.
Four items to include an oval hinged locket with blue enamel cross design to the front and engraved scroll and floral design detail, two other lockets and a pair of Victorian green stone set dropper earrings with a circular panel leading to a suspended termination. Fair/poor condition. One of the lockets has serious damage to the blue enamel detail, this would need attention. There are quite serious dents to the back of each dropper earring, there is some abrasion to the facet edges of each gemstones. The locket with central cross detail, the gold is all a little dull. There are general scratches to the other locket.
Two items, to include a Victorian 18ct gold seed pearl set mourning ring, with a central seed pearl set foliate design and outer black enamel , which reads to the back of the ring shank 'In memory of' (hallmarked Chester 1896), also an onyx and seed pearl set bar brooch with overlaid foliate design decoration.

Continental silver cigarette case of rectangular form, the lid curving slightly with blue stone bouton clasp, the top having four triangular panels to include two set with diagonal stripes of black enamel and engine turning, the opposite two with floral and scrolling chased work which is repeated at the sides. 9.8cms x 7.7cms. With fitted box marked Felix Claverie-Tenerife.
Two George V napkin rings with enameled flags, hallmarked Birmingham 1914, sponsors mark reads W.W Ld. Together with a pair of continental novelty silver and glass pepperettes modeled as cats, height measures 2 1/2ins (6.5cm), stamped 880. The napkin rings have a quantity of small scratches and dents to their surfaces. They both have areas of tarnish, especially on the insides, and some build-ups of polish. The enamel on one of them is slightly marked and discoloured, and on the other is chipped. The hallmarks are rubbed but still legible. he cat pepperettes are in good condition. The insides of the glass bodies are discoloured, and there are some tiny surface scratches to the wholes, including to the silver. The head of one of the cats shows some evidence of solder to the sides. The insides of both their heads are tarnished and discoloured. Both the heads unscrew easily.
A selection of assorted silver items to include mustard pot, salt, pepperette, inkwell, vesta case, agate brooch and mother of pearl handled fruit knife. The overall condition of the pieces in this lot is reasonable. There is a great deal of tarnish to all the items, and they all have surface scratches caused by general wear and tear. The pepperette, salt, and mustard pot are all in good condition, with little damage. The ink well is also in good condition but is dirty and has a lot of polish build-ups. The marcasite ring is slightly bent, one of the brooches is missing a stone, and the clasp on the bracelet is broken. One of the brooches has some enamel missing and the pin is bent. All the other pieces have no serious damage.
Russian nineteenth century silver gilt spoon with cloisonne enamel in a floral scroll motif and tapered shaped stem. Length measures 6 1/4ins (16cm). Probably Moscow circa 1880, other mark indefinite. The spoon is in good condition with some general light surface scratches and marks. To the detailed areas there is some tarnishing and in places a little wear to the gilding. To the back of the bowl some of the outlines to the cloisonne enamel are a little distorted, this is noticeable on close inspection. Overall the enamel is in good condition with minor chips, marks and spots of discolouration only noticeable on close inspection. Fitted in an associated wooden box.
A late nineteenth century Dutch Apostle spoon-Chester import mark for 1903, and an Edwardian silver and enamel souvenir spoon-the bowl depicting Westminster Abbey-Birmingham 1902. The Apostle spoon is in very nice condition. There are some shallow scratches to the surface of the silver, and a slight bloom of tarnish in places. The detail of the decoration on the handle is clear and undamaged. The hallmarks are slightly rubbed in places but still legible. he souvenir spoon is not in quite such good condition. It is very tarnished, and the handle is a bit bent. There are scratches, pits and notches to the whole of the spoon, but especially to the underside of the bowl. The decroative details are all clear and unrubbed. The enamel has a tiny chip missing on the middle of the left-hand side. The hallmark is clear, as is the number 'REGD. 0385346' which is also stamped on the handle.
A 1920's nurses medal in the form of an enameled red cross with central armorial, the top brooch fitting in blue enamel and reads 'Miss Storers Nursing Association'. Height measures 2ins (5.5cm). Hallmarked J A Restall Birmingham 1928. The medal is in generally good condition. The enamel is all intact and unchipped, although it is scuffed and scratched in places. The silver is tarnished and dirty looking. The cross medal is slightly loose on the brooch fitting, and the brooch itself does not work because the clasp is bent. The hallmark on the back of the cross is clear, and the sponsor's mark is badly rubbed but still legible. The hallmark on the back of the brooch is badly rubbed.
Three 9ct gold Liverpool sporting medals to include a Mersey District Challenge Cup medal with a central cross design and green and blue enamel, engraved to the back 'Winners 1922-1923 W.E. Hall Liverpool Trams A.F.C', a Liverpool Centre with blue enameled detail, engraved to the back '1/4 Mile Championship 1923 Second Prize' plus a Liverpool County Football Association medal with embossed detail, to the back 'Twenty One Years Service C.S. Pimbley 1946-1967'. All three medals are in good condition. They all have slight surface scratches, and some are rubbed and a little discoloured. The detail of the embossed and engraved decoration is all still intact on all the medals. The 'Mersey District Challenge Cup' medal and the 'Liverpool County Football Association' medal were both made by Vaughtons of Birmingham. The hallmarks on all three are legible.
Two German Wilhelm II 1914 2nd class WW1 black enamel crosses suspended from black and white ribbons, awarded for acts of heroism and leadership skills. One side depicts an oak leaf below the letters FW-Friedrich Wilhelm III, and above 1813-when the medal was first issued, the other side is dated 1914 with the letter W. They are both second class medals, being suspended from ribbons as opposed to being pinned or sewn on. hey are both in reasonable condition considering their age. The one suspended from the pin ribbon is in better condition than the other. It has scratches, scuffs, and marks to the enamel, and the metal is rusty in places. The pin works well still, but the ribbon is badly stained. he other medal is in slightly worse condition. More of the enamel is missing, and the metal is badly discoloured. Some of the enamel is shiny, whereas on the other medal it is all matte, so perhaps repair work has been attempted at some point. The ribbon is fairly clean although the top is a little frayed.
A German cased iron and black enamel cross with central swastika and pin back issued in 1939, together with a similar example also issued in 1939 suspended from pendant loop also with enamel to the back with the date 1813. The medal in the box is first class, being pinned directly onto a uniform rather than suspended from a ribbon. It is in reasonably good condition. The enamel on the front is a bit damaged and marked, but there is no serious damage. The metal on the back is discoloured and has some surface scratches. The pin in still basically in working order, but is rather stiff. The underside of the pin is stamped with two marks, one of which appears to be a number 20, and the other of which is illegible. The box is showing signs of age but is still in good condition. he other medal is second class. It is in very good condition. There are some slight marks and tiny chips to the enamel, but no serious damage. The metal is a little tarnished in places. The ring at the top is stamped with the number 75.
Italian CSIR white enameled cross with metal twist border suspended from a black and white ribbon. Probably instituted in 1942 for troops who participated in the initial campaign of Operation Barbarossa, the code name given for the German Nazi invasion of the Soviet Union during WWII. The writing to the reverse is as follows: Top; 'DNJEPR, DONETZ', Bottom dates: 'LUGLIO 941, LUGLIO 942', Sides: 'BUG' and 'DON', Centre: 'C.S.I.R.'. Also marked with the makers name and address, 'LORIOLI MILANO ROMA A PICOZZI MILANO'. The medal is in reasonable condition. The enamel on the front is chipped and cracked, and there are surface scratches and discolouration to the metal on the back. The engraved writing is all clear though. The ribbon is a bit dirty and the top is slightly frayed.
