Ca. AD 200 - 400 A late Roman bronze ring with a circular bezel inlaid with an enamel depiction of the sun. The shoulder has auxiliary areas which would have held side-stones. In Roman mythology, the sun was personified as the god Sol, who was often depicted riding a chariot across the sky. For similar see: El Legado de Hefesto, n. 520. Longines: An Interesting and Early Enamel Dial Wristwatch, signed Longines, circa 1916, (calibre 15.26) manual wound lever movement signed and numbered 3248835, enamel dial with Arabic numerals, seconds dial, nickel plated case with hinged back, hinged lugs, "onion" shaped crown, beneath bezel surround numbered 3248835, back cover stamped inside EFCo Longines and numbered 3248835, cuvette signed Longines and numbered 324883540mm wideSold with a photocopy of a letter written to the vendor by the Longines Museum curator in Switzerland, stating “The original serial number 3’248’835 identifies a wristwatch in metal, fitted with a Longines manually wound mechanical movement, caliber 15.26. It was invoiced on 29 January 1916 to the company Schwob, which was at that time our agent for Russia.”Case with light surface scratches, back cover with minor dents, later strap and buckle not by Longines, dial with minor scratches, dial otherwise in good condition, hand setting correctly, winding smoothly, movement is clean, movement in going order.
Russells: An 18 Carat Gold Full Hunter Minute Repeater Pocket Watch, retailed by Russells Ltd, 18 Church St, Liverpool, circa 1910, manual wound lever movement stamped S&Co Swiss Made, bimetallic split balance with a blued overcoil hairspring, wolf's teeth winding, jewelled hammers minute repeating on two steel outer gongs, enamel dial with Arabic numerals and signed by the retailer, seconds dial, case with slide in the band for operating the minute repeater, case numbered 205963 and stamped 18k53mm wideCase with surface scratches, case sides with dents in parts, case covers with small dents, dial with very minor chips around the seconds dial which are very hard to see without an eyeglass, retailers signature to the dial is slightly rubbed, hand setting correctly, winding smoothly, repeater is working and striking the correct hours, quarters and minutes, movement is slightly dirty, movement in going order. Total watch weight 120.4g.
A Late 19th Century Enamel and Diamond Pendant on Chainthe heart shaped pendant enamelled in red with a white border, overlaid with a rose cut diamond floral motif and within an outer border of rose cut diamonds, in white claw settings, suspended from a similarly set bale, on a trace link chain interspaced with old cut diamonds in rubbed over settings, total estimated diamond weight 1.30 carat approximately pendant measures 3.1cm by 1.9cm, chain length 41.5cmThe pieces are in fair condition commensurate with age, some of the diamonds are chipped (only visible with a loupe, not the naked eye and primarily to the chain and the border). It fastens with a bolt ring catch. They bear no hallmark nor stamp but in our opinion would test as gold, silver and platinum. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity SI2/I1/I2/I3. Gross weight 9.9 grams. CR made 29.05.24.
Rossel: An 18 Carat Gold Open Faced Duplex Quarter Repeater Pocket Watch, signed Rossel a Rouen, circa 1820, duplex movement, diamond endstone, Maltese cross stop work, two hammers quarter repeating on two outer steel gongs, enamel dial with Arabic numerals, moon shaped hands, case with plunge pendant repeat, ribbed decorated band, inside back cover stamped with maker's mark DFB and numbered 4182 and K18, gilt metal cuvette cover signed55mm wideCase with surface scratches, back cover with small dents, pendant bow is discoloured and signs of a solder old repair, dial with minor scratches, hand setting correctly, winding smoothly, repeater is working but not repeating the correct hours and quarters at present, movement in going order. Total watch weight 114.2g.

An Enamel and Diamond Necklace, Bracelet and Earring Suitefive oval plaques enamelled in blue, green, white, red and pink to depict floral arrangements, within a white enamel border, to an outer yellow scalloped border decorated with eight-cut diamonds, spaced by blue enamel and diamond scroll links, the central plaque suspending a similar cluster drop, to an enamel and diamond scroll link back chain, the bracelet formed of seven rectangular panels decorated similarly, and the earrings of similar oval cluster design, with post and clip fittings, total estimated diamond weight 1.15 carat approximately necklace drop length 5.9cm, necklace length 39.5cm, bracelet length 18cm, bracelet width 3.0cm earrings measure 2.1cm by 1.6cmThe pieces are in good overall condition with slight enamel loss. The necklace and bracelet fasten with a tongue and box catch and both feature a figure-of-eight safety catch.The necklace has an applied plaque stamped '750', the earrings and bracelet are both also stamped '750', in our opinion would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour I/J/K, clarity VS2/SI1/SI2. Gross weight 172.6 grams. CR made 29.05.24.
IWC: A 14 Carat Gold Open Faced Pocket Watch, signed International Watch Co, Schaffhausen, circa 1912, manual wound lever movement signed IWC Probus Scafusia and numbered 562773, bimetallic split balance with a blued overcoil hairspring, micrometer regulator, enamel dial with Arabic numerals and signed, seconds dial, case back with sun burst decoration and a vacant cartouche, case stamped Probus IWC Scafusia and numbered 631013, convention gold mark 14k0.5850mm wideCase with surface scratches, case with small dents to the sides and back cover, back cover with slight rubbing to the sun burst decoration, dial is clean, hand setting correctly, winding smoothly, movement in going order. Total watch weight 73.7g.
A Swiss Silver-Gilt and Enamel Timepiece, Maker's Mark an Arrow Piercing a Heart, Circa 1900, Numbered 29330, The Dial Signed Colombia, Genève in the style of an 18th-century Neuchâtelois bracket-clock, tapering and overall decorated with green guilloche enamel and painted with flowers, all within white enamel borders, with an openwork foliage panel below the round dial, with Arabic numerals, the back hinged to reveal the movement, in fitted leather-covered casethe timepiece 10.5cm high Marked on back of hinged door with maker's mark and Swiss bear standard mark inside. Further marked below hinged door with Swiss bear standard mark. Each piece further stamped '29330'. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are some minor chips to the white enamel borders on top and a possible crack to the enamel on one side. There are some scuffs and marks to the case. The silk inside damaged in some places. The dial surface clean. The movement winding smoothly and hands setting correctly. Movement in going order.

Total watch weight 177.6g.
Longines: An Early and Unusual Shaped Wristwatch, signed Longines, circa 1906, (calibre 12.91) manual wound lever movement numbered 2292503, silvered dial with enamel Arabic numerals, hinged lugs, secured with four screws to the sides, case back with a Russian 56 gold stamp mark29mm by 45mmSold with a photocopy of a letter written to the vendor by the Longines Museum curator in Switzerland, stating “The serial number 2’292’503 identifies a gilded steel wristwatch for ladies, fitted with the Longines manufacture caliber 12.91, that was first produced in 1906. It was invoiced to Messrs Schwob & Sons in St Petersburg, who were for many years our agent for Russia, on 26.03.1910.”This watch was possibly re-cased in Russia circa 1910 from the original gilded steel as quoted in the Longines archives to this watch case which has the Russian 56 gold stamp mark.Case with surface scratches and very minor dents to the case back, case back with Russian gold mark rubbed, dial with light surface scratches in parts and small pieces of enamel missing to the surface of the Arabic numerals in parts, glass with light surface scratches, hand setting correctly, movement is clean and in going order. In our opinion this case tests as 14 carat gold.

Slight glaze flake to his cheek. Some good repair to both sides of the bocage. Right hand and bottom of flute with repair. Lady - some good repairs to bocage leaves and flowerheads. Flake to cheek. Both with some slight glaze flakes and abrasiosn.

It is also noted that the correct motto "Spes Durat Avorum" (The Hope of Ancestors Endures) is mis-spelt on some pieces "Spes Durat Amorum" (The Hope of Our Love Endures) Fine hair crack around the lower handle terminal. Slight enamel wear patches. No repair.
