A good Canton enamel oval pedestal dish, mid 19th century, typically decorated with auspicious objects to include books, scrolls, a 3 legged toad on cache, Ruyi, butterflies and flowers, the exterior painted with sprays of peony, all upon a shaped base, height 8.5 cm width 38.5 cm depth 31.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: There is a very minor gilt rubbing to the rims but other than that this is in good condition throughout with no obvious faults.
A 19th century Cantonese enamelled teapot, with domed cover. Height 23 cm, length 29 cm. CONDITION REPORT: A good 50% of the gilding and glaze is missing from the knop. There are numerous small chips along the rim which sits on the teapot. There are some small enamel flakes missing throughout the decoration but nothing too detrimental. The teapot body has a large hairline crack issuing from the top of the handle where it joins the body and down the left hand side to the centre of the teapot. The spout is free from chips and cracks but the rim is missing its gilding. The crack from the handle is also visible on the interior of the pot. The gilding to the handle is rubbed and faded.
A pair of Chinese Famille Rose plates, mid 18th century, a seated figure and attendant, decorated in polychrome enamels within a raised hut beneath a willow tree, watching over a white enamel crane gazing skyward towards a gilt crane within a rock work and peony landscape, within a Lambrequin frame before an under glazed blue peony and scroll rim, 22.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: One plate has three small fritting chips to the rim, the other plate has two fritting chips to the rim. Each plate rings out when tapped. There are no signs of restoration, cracks or any further chips other than those mentioned. The colours are generally good, although one crane is rubbed and discoloured.
Two Famille Verte dishes, 19th century, of dished form, with four female figures and a child before a dwelling, decorated with pine trees and with a cell border with vignettes of birds: a further dish depicting five female figures, one by a reading table having a floral chrysanthemum border with vignettes of birds on branches, and two 19th century blue and white plates, one decorated with a sage, being held aloft by two boys, a further two holding lanterns, the other with five sages and a child within an interesting stylised bat border, widest 23.5 cm smallest 19.7 cm diameter. CONDITION REPORT: The smaller Famille Verte plate has small losses to the enamel on the main body. This is a saucer shape with a raised centre, the raised centre has rubbed enamels. The plate rings out when tapped and there are no obvious cracks, chips or fractures evident. The second Famille Verte plate has a two small finger nail size chips to the rim (if on a clock face between 6 and 7). There are two very fine hairline cracks running from the foot rim to the outer rim. The gilding is 60% rubbed on the rim. The decorative enamel appears to be in good order otherwise. The blue & white plate decorated with the boys with lanterns is in good order throughout. The plate rings out when tapped. The blue & white plate decorated with deities has three small spots of fritting to the rim. The plate rings when tapped. There are no obvious faults visible.
A miniature brass carriage clock timepiece, early 20th century, having an enamel dial with Roman numerals and eight day movement, height including handle 9.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: There is a small chip to the glass at the top left hand corner. The enamelled dial has patches of light brown staining, whether this can be removed with cleaning I couldn't determine. The handle has been knocked and is slightly misshapen. The hands have not been moved for many years and a ghost mark has been left where the hour hand settled.
A gilt metal mantle clock, circa 1880, having an enamel dial with Roman numerals, flanked by a gallant and his lady companion all upon an alabaster base with gilt metal mounts and feet, in turn above a gilt wood stand and all beneath a glass dome with ebonised base, the dome 49.5 cm wide, 51 cm high.
A pair of Bristol green glass vases, 19th century, with wavy flaring rims and enamel lily of the valley decoration and a Whitefriars green glass lemonade jug, early 20th century, with simple trailed glass decoration, with ground pontil. Heights 25 cm and 26.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both vases appear to be in good order and free from any visible faults to include chips and cracks. The enamel decoration again appears to be in good order although the stems have a ghost like appearance and are slightly rubbed. The glass jug has a 2 cm long section of trailing missing to the lower band. Otherwise the remainder of the body appears to be in good order with no further faults.

Two water features, one having a domed finial above a circular disc with white enamel streak decoration in turn above trumpet shaped body raised upon a pierced cylindrical stand, the other with a plain knop above a circular disc with thick white enamel streak decoration upon a banded knopped body, height 30 cm and 23 cm respectively.
An 18 ct gold cased open faced pocket watch, London 1880, having a fusee movement with engraved backplate for "William Dixon, 45 King Square, London, Chronometer Maker to The Admiralty" and numbered "49513", the white enamel dial with subsidiary up/down dial and seconds dial, with Roman numerals (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The rear of the watch is engraved with initials. The watch case is in extremely good condition with no significant blemishes. The dial is in very good order with no cracks. The pointers adjust. The movement is fully wound and only running for approx 10-15 seconds at a time. The watch glass is loose.
A white coloured metal diamond set pendant. 15 mm x 9 mm. CONDITION REPORT: The back of the pendant is rounded in the same manner as the front. It is in good order. The hinged top loop has very little wear and no lateral movement. All of the enamel appears to be in good order. The pearls are not damaged. All diamonds are present and appear to be in good order.
A gold coloured metal diamond pearl and enamel set circular pendant. Diameter 30 mm. CONDITION REPORT: The back of the pendant is rounded in the same manner as the front. It is in good order. The hinged top loop has very little wear and no lateral movement. All of the enamel appears to be in good order. The pearls are not damaged. All diamonds are present and appear to be in good order. Weight 10.2 grams.
A leaded stained glass panel, 19th century, possibly John the Baptist, the one piece face picked out in monochrome, and heightened with coloured enamels and surrounded by coloured glass segments, 29 cm x 22.5 cm, a further single section of stained glass depicting Mary Magdalene, 19th century, picked out in monochrome and heightened with yellow enamel, 21 cm x 13.5 cm, a small stained glass rectangle featuring St Augustine, a small fragment of monochrome stained glass depicting a man's eye and forehead, and five sections of stained glass scrolling foliate border, wider section 20.5 cm x 6.5 cm, smallest section 16 cm x 6.5 cm. A pair of Chinese Shiwan Buddhist lions, late 19th century, each with finely detailed fur and heightened by white enamel tips, height 16 cm width 13.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The right hand side lion is in sound order however there is a white bead missing from both eyebrows and also to the rear the mane is missing three tips. The left hand side lion has been broken and repaired. There are four white beads missing from the eyebrows. The right ear has a small chip. There are one or two beads missing from its tail. All faults mentioned should be visible from the images online. These remain an attractive pair.
In the style of Namikawa Yasuyuki (1845-1927), a large Japanese Cloisonne vase and cover, Meiji period, the cover with Kiku bud finial against a chrysanthemum and scrolling frond ground, above the inverted baluster body with band of chrysanthemums to the neck above the shoulder with dragons against an aventurine ground, above bladed panels of butterflies, phoenix, chrysanthemums, and with scale bands to the base, the underside a sky blue enamel. Height 30 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The knop of the lid is slightly leaning however there appears to be no damage to its surrounding Cloisonne. The remainder of the Cloisonne on the lid appears to be in good order with no obvious faults, cracks, chips or pinholes. The vase appears to be in good order with no obvious visible faults. All Cloisonne appears to be intact. There are no signs of cracks, chips, dents or any restorations visible. The vase does not sit flush on its base, there is a slight rocking. However, no damage visible.
In the manner of Namikawa Yasuyuki (1845-1927), a squat sake ewer and cover, Meiji period, the lid with Kiku bud finial with Mon against a tight gilt scroll ground, the handle with Mon and chrysanthemums against a similar tight scroll ground joined to the body by Kiku bud knops, a compressed body with roundels of flowers and Mons against a tight scroll ground. The underside with numerous butterflies amongst scrolling fronds against an aventurine olive green ground, the interior with olive green ground enamel, width 14.5 cm height 5.5 cm (excluding handle) 14 cm including handle (see illustration).
