Medieval Heraldic Mount.  Circa, 13th - 14th century AD. Copper-alloy. H23.9mm. W17.31mm. 10.12g (including hanger). A shield-shaped heraldic mount that depicts a large prominent single lion rampant. The lion appears to have been enamelled in red against a green enamel background. Pendant is still attached to its decorated hanger.
