A Charles Frodsham 18ct gold cased full hunter repeating pocket watch London 1904, the four piece case by Fred Thoms, the Roman enamel dial with subsidiary seconds at six, the fob wound three quarter plate movement signed 'Chas. Frodsham 84 Strand, London' and numbered 2592, movement possibly overwound; together with an 18ct bi-colour gold fob chain. * Condition: This watch has unfortunately been overwound in the past and is now jammed, so we cannot tell if it is a quarter or minute repeater. The fob will not pull out to adjust the hands and the top of the repeater button does not depress - it does slide however. It will need some work. It is in good physical condition, with no hairlines or chips to the dial and just two tiny and faint dings to the top of the back of the case. There are no engravings. The movement is clean and has no surface rust to the steel components.
