A George III Turkish market silver and tortoiseshell triple cased key wind gentleman's pocket watch, the gilt fusee movement with verge escapement, tulip pillars and pierced and engraved balance cock, the backplate signed 'Geoe Prior London 26913', the white enamel dial with black Turkish numerals and signed 'George Prior London', case diameter 4.9cm, the outer case with engraved pronounced rim, diameter 6cm, both hallmarked London 1797-98 by James Richards, the tortoiseshell mounted outer case with inlaid foliate borders, unmarked, diameter 7cm (crack to tortoiseshell and minor inlay losses).
