A late 19th century white metal full hunter pocket watch, with indistinct standard mark on the pendant, numbered 317 to the four piece case and engraved overall with foliate designs, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, and subsidiary seconds dial, gilt matched hands, with 15 jewel straight line Swiss lever movement, keyless wind, 54mm diameter, 94 gms gross CONDITION REPORT: CONDITION: Movement: functioning at time of cataloguing, but the hands are matched so the seconds hand occasionally catches on the minute hand causing the motion works to be obstructed and in turn the wheel train Case: dented on band by the hinge, neither the front or back cover fitting tightly, areas of bruising and a small dent to back cover. Missing glass Dial: some wear to the paint work on the numerals, enamel in good overall condition, seconds numerals rather crudely painted

William Comyns, London, 1900. CONDITION REPORT: Generally very good. Two small projecting leaf shapes on sides of front bent/missing.
Indian interest:- A Silver and enamel royal presentation cigarette case by the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company Ltd., London, 1910, cover depicting Viceroy's House, New Delhi, designed by Sir Edward Lutyens, with the Viceroy's coach and mounted bodyguard drawn up in front, gilt interior, reverse with enamel crown over initial “J”, 8.7 cm. long. CONDITION REPORT: Good overall condition, surface scratches to enamel, lacks interior elasticated straps, enamel lacking from “fir tree” device on top of orb of crown, extremely minor.
An Arts & Crafts silver hot water jug with insulated white enamel liner, by W. A. S. Benson & Co. Ltd., London, 1910, engraved to front with a crest of eagle displayed, ht. 23.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Pin missing from hinge, bruise under lip, ding under crest and another to bottom left at front just above foot, couple of bruises under foot rim, maker's mark only on base and on side, cover part-marked with lion passant, maker's mark and date letter but not fully marked to side as one would expect, some distortion to moulded band above foot on one side also.
