London Gazette 17.6.1921 'for valuable and distinguished services rendered in connection with minor Military Operations within the Indian Empire (or in territories adjacent thereto) during the period May , 1919, to April, 1920'. O.B.E. - London Gazette 21.6.1921. Order of the Nile - London Gazette 3.8.1934. Captain Leslie Everingham Pritchard served during the Great War with the Veterinary Corps, commissioned Lieutenant 24.7.1916, Captain 10.7.1919 continued his service post war a newspaper cutting details the Disbandment of South Persia Rifles and the retention by the Persian Government of 700 men in the vicinity of Shiraz one of which was Pritchard.
