A YELLOW METAL DIAMOND ENAMEL AND PEARL PENDANT heart shaped, the raised turquoise blue enamelled centre set with a single diamond, all within a pearl set surround, the reverse with glazed locket section, testing as gold. 5.3grams(total), all suspended by a fine linked chain (non gold).
