A VERY GOOD 19TH CENTURY FRENCH LOUIS XVI ORMOLU CLOCK with circular white enamel dial, black and white Roman numerals and eight day movement, the case with three cupids with fruiting vines depicting horses with acanthus scrolls and mask. 19ins long, 13ins high, supported on a shaped giltwood base.
Pair of Meissen Kakiemon plates, each decorated with a butterfly amongst foliage on a white ground, the borders with foliate sprays, 22.5cm diameter together with a similarly decorated Meissen charger, 38.5cm diameter, all with underglaze blue crossed swords mark Condition: Large plate has large section missing and extensive cracks across the surface, the smaller plates - one has a rim flake approximately 12mm diameter, both with some very minor glaze nibbles around the borders, the other plate having two rim flakes visible from the underside and also a faint hairline running across the base approximately 30mm in length located near the mark, both plates have much wear to the enamel decoration - **General condition consistent with age
