A Continental gold coloured, enamel and gem set Easter egg, bearing pseudo Russian hallmarks including that of Fabergé, second half 20th century, guilloche enamelled orange with a laurel trellis and Imperial eagles, the hinged cover centred with a diamond and ruby set monogram, the base centred by 1897 on a calyx of leaves, satin lined, 14cm (5 1/2in) diameter, 607g gross The present lot is a copy of the 1897 Imperial Coronation egg.
