A 16TH CENTURY STYLE BLUE GLASS EWER, the cylindrical neck applied with a band and handle and enamelled 1599, the bulbous body with applied band and enamelled with a scene of two greyhounds chasing a fox amongst flowers and tree, pontil to base, height approximately 15.5cmCondition: there appears to be a small crack under the white dog below the green line of grass, approximately 0.8cm long, the rim to the front,one side and above the handle has patches that look as though they have been ground as they are not clear anymore, no sign of restoration or other noticeable chips or cracks, it looks as though some overpainting has happened on the pink and white dogs where the enamel has chipped off.
A FRENCH EARLY 20TH CENTURY 18CT GOLD, ENAMEL AND DIAMOND POCKET WATCH CASE, of circular outline, to the reverse a central rose cut diamond within a blue and green guilloche enamel surround with further blue and white enamel detail to the outer edge, with French assay mark, length 40mm, approximate weight 10 grams
