The other three have been wound and appear to be in working order. The one with bold Roman numerals stops and starts.

JW WIGNALL, BURNLEY; a Victorian open face silver cased pocket watch with maker's name to the front, Roman numerals, outer minute track and a small subsidiary seconds dial, crown wound movement no. 9293, inner case engraved 'Presented to William Hartley on his 21st Birthday January 1st 1890'.Condition Report: Has been wound and appears to be in working order, some slight cracks to the enamel face, possible little repairs, through wear and tear there will be scratches and tiny dents, otherwise a good example.
