London marks for 1915. The back case with transfer image of a lady. 3/4 movement, signed Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, 112 Regent Street, London. Cracked glass. 4.5cm wide.
A French gold 18th century chatelaine, with gold fancy links, an upper rectangular link with blue and white enamel decoration to both sides (damaged) and a lower shaped link with enamel decoration of two children to one side and a dog mourning a pillar with dove to the other. With two further short gold chains suspending a small fob seal and a watch key with conforming enamel decoration. 24cm.
Two pairs of 19th century Chinese enamelled miniature tea bowls and dishes of lobed square shaped, each with painted figures in a landscape, calligraphy and seal marks, marks to base, cups 4.5cm, dishes 10cm and a further cup, cover and saucer, larger CONDITION REPORT: 1st pair inside of dishes, small cracks, small chips top enamel, reverse flaking to enamel particularly on sides, fine cracking to enamel, two cups,1 appears good, small rubs to interior 2nd pair - similar condition to other saucers, but more damage to interior enamel and more fine cracks and small losses to exterior, fine cracks to interior Larger cup - chips to enamel and losses to bottom of cup and interior fine cracks to interior Larger cups - chips to enamel and losses to botton of cup and interior, fine cracks Saucer- fine cracks to underside enamel Lid- large losses to enamel knop
Bronze censer in the form of a peacock with champleve enamelled decoration to the censer "wing" covers and tail feathers, 33cm long CONDITION REPORT: Tail feathers have imperfections /slight losses to enamel. Slight repair (?) to textured bronze at joint of main tail to body (re-inforcement?) Slight bash to end of one tail feather. Censer cover (wings) has long crack to side of cenral area where the vent hole is. Slight bash to area on centre side of wing, slight imperfections/minor losses to the enamel. cover fits snugly. Joints at top of legs rather rough, surface of body slightly rough, in areas where cover touches there is slight loss of patina
Good 19th century Chinese fan, the leaves decorated with courtiers in a palace setting, ivory heads, the guards in gilt metal with enamelled decoration, gilt wire and relief silver wire dragon decoration, the sticks alternating pierced gilt wire with enamel mother of pearl, pierced and stained green red and white ivory and sandlewood, 27.5cm CONDITION REPORT: When open side one - leaf is generally good commensurate with age, paint loss at folds, no missing heads. Generally paintwork is good and bright, some tiny tears at bottom edge of leaf. Conditions are right to left. Sticks 1. 1st sandlewood, strengthened towards base. 2. ivory appears ok. 3. red ivory appears ok. 4. gilt wire, slight strengthening perhaps just aboe lower enamelled area, slight discoloured areas, (wire). 5. green ivory - some discoloured areas mainily towards base. 6. tortoiseshell appears ok. 7. gilt wire - some slight enamel losses, ? some strengthening in some places as 4. 8. mother of pearl appears ok. 9. tortoiseshell appears ok. 10. green ivory appears ok. 11. gilt wire appears good. 12.red ivory appears good. 13. ivory appears good 14. sandlewood, one tiny loss in main section. 15. gilt wire - possible some strengthening at base, some wire missing, slightly discoloured in areas. Side 2 open Leaf similar condition to reverse, timy tears damage to bottom of leaf, some minor gilt paper losses at top of leaf. Other side of sticks One slightly larger loss at top of mother of pearl stick, one face is missing. Mother of pear stick has crack across, just below large section, not really visible on other side otherwise condition is as per other side. Total dimensions when open 52cm x 29cm.
Chinese early 20th century silver gilt bracelet, the five wirework domed sections with relief and enamelled scrolling floral decoration, three inset jade oval panels in mottled green CONDITION REPORT: Small areas of enamel missing, some slightly larger. Small cracking to enamel areas. Two jade panels have very small cracking at one edge, probably natural. Jade panels quite scratched.

CONDITION REPORT: Lot 1012 Overall noticeable fritting, rubbing to the gilt at all edges, minor rubbing/wear to the enamel throughout, free from chips/cracks/ restoration.
A Chinese famille rose vase, 20th Century The rounded ovoid form vase, with upper folded rim, rising from a tapered base, the exterior sides with thick cobalt ground, interspersed with cloud scrolls and various figures painted carrying out a variety of domestic duties, 37cm high, unmarked. CONDITION REPORT: Minor enamel and glaze loss throughout. Scuffing and wear to foot rim. Free from cracks, chips and restoration.
A pair of Chinese lemon yellow sleeve vases, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) Each of typical cylindrical form, the lemon yellow ground profusely enamelled with auspicious characters and radiating lotus heads issuing tendrils, further detailed with ruyi borders and bats, 24.5cm high. (2) CONDITION REPORT: Vase 1 Hairline crack extending vertically from the rim approx 20cm in length. Second hairline crack approx 10cm in length. minor wear to enamel. Scuffing and wear to foot rim. Fritting throughout. Vase 2 Rubbing to gilt at upper rim. Minor wear to enamel. Fritting throughout. Scuffing and wear to pot rim.
A Chinese famille rose porcelain vase, probably Daoguang Period (1820-50 ) The baluster form , rising from a splayed base, and terminating at a dish-mouth rim, the neck adorned with relief moulded and pierced chilong, the exterior sides with two fan shaped cartouche flanked by a series of chilong and surmounted by an iron-red dragon, filled with depictions of the seven immortals each with their symbolic attribute before the crashing waves of the Bohai sea, and immortals and attendants before watery pavilion landscapes, each reserved against a vibrant turquoise ground finely enamelled with large lotus flowerheads borne on leafy tendrils, the foot and upper rim with underglazed blue ruyi-head bands and auspicous fruits reserved against a lemon yellow ground, 80cm high. NB: The vase has been with the same private estate since the early 20th Century and was originally one of a pair, with the current vendor recalling a family member breaking several years ago. CONDITION REPORT: Extensive damage to the upper rim, with several noticeable cracks to the upper rim. Several appear to have been infilled and remodelled back together, crack lines show small gaps / losses. (Please refer to images.) Large chip to the upper rim, approx 5cm x 1cm. (Please refer to image.) The underside of the foot rim and lower body of the vase shows two hairline cracks running vertically upwards, each approx 10cm in length. Small areas of over paint visible to the exterior enamel. This vase shows extensive damage, viewing of further images is highly recommended.
A Chinese famille rose garden seat, late 19th Century The hexagonal shaped seat of rounded form, applied with gilded rounded prunts to the upper section, the flat sides with alternating depictions of figures and officials amidst a veranda scene, and reticulated Buddhistic motifs, reserved against a white ground heavily detailed with fruits and flowering chrysanthemum and lotus, 47cm high. CONDITION REPORT: Two faint hairline cracks visible to the upper seat top, each approx 8-10cm in length. Rubbing visible to the gilt throughout, most noticeable at the gilt prunts. Wear to the enamel throughout, most noticeable at the edges of the seat. Scuffing and wear to the underside of the base, indicative of age.
A Japanese satsuma pedestal dish, signed Seikozan Tsukuru, Meiji Period (1868-1912) The circular lobed rim, before upper well finely painted with geese in flight before a watery landscape, the border enamelled in iron-red and gilt detailed with a series of densely clustered chrysanthemum and lined in gilt, the underside with ivory gilt ground and further swallow design, 6cm high, 24cm diam. CONDITION REPORT: Crazing throughout to the enamel and glazed areas. Rubbing to the gilt at the rim. Scuffing to underside of each support. Colours vibrant. No visible signs of damage or restoration.

CONDITION REPORT: Along bottom of the sign - 'Cycles, motorcycles and cars' Timber has been attached to back of sign with the letter 'R' in 'Motor' painted partly on the timber. 'O' and 'C' also repainted With the red and black border repainted.

CONDITION REPORT: Pendulum was suspended on a silk string, however arm moves are not connected, cannot say if working, chimes work, clock age late 19th century, all parts appear original very attractive looking clock.
