The enamel and painted face with floral spray spandrels has a Roman numeral chapter and an outer Arabic five minute chapter. There are two subsidiary dials, the second hand and marking the day of the month. The domed hood has a cornice of fret work and flanked by two reeded columns with brass terminals.
