A Late Victorian Silver and Enamel Circular Sovereign Case and a Silvery Metal and Mesh Fob, the case probably by William Henry Sparrow, Birmingham 1895, the lid decorated with a full length portrait of Dr.W.G.Grace in cricket attire at the crease, 1.375ins diameter, gross weight 1oz, the fob 470mm, weight 1.9ozsCondition ReportCase - enamel - some scattered scratching, particularly to the edge at circa 7 to 9 o'clock. Catch works well and cover is tightly seated. Some typical very light scattered scratching to the back of the case. The silvery metal and mesh fob appears to be in good condition.
