(15cm.) high (closed)Founded in 1858, the West Quay [Amateur] Regatta Club later part-formed the Royal Southampton Yacht Club although its burgee was dropped and does not appear in Lloyds Register of Yachts.Good condition, optics fine.

Striking on a bell. 4.5" dial with blue enamel numerals. Case with matching blue enamel work. With two matching garnitures with matching work with candle holders. A gold Mathey-Tissot limited edition pocket watch. The pocket watch having a white enamel background with Roman numerals to the chapter ring and one subsidiary dial. Marked 750 to verso. Swiss made. Weight 58.5g. The pocket watch measures approximately 4.5cm diameter. NOTE: From a large single-owner collection of watches.
