A yellow metal and blue enamel propelling pencil, approximately 16 grams. [W]Condition Report: Pencil extends, lead does not extend or retract when rotating, wear and scratching to each of the enamel panels and chipping to the enamel of some, lead appears to be approximately 1 mm diameter. The metal bears no hallmarks but would in our opinion test as 9ct.
