A earthenware cup decorated with D & Co, (handle broken off and chip to the rim) this cup was found up in the roof of the Nile Street factory by the demolition team together with evening sentinel article and paperwork and a enamel Royal Doulton visitors centre sign originally from the front of the Nile street factory, 120 x 90cm (2)
Suffragette related (possibly), purple enamel & brass medal. Has "1532" on the front. Back reads "Croydon for Valour 3.12.10", all these details appear to relate to a Conservative victory in Croydon for the preferred winner for the Suffragettes: Needs further research: Comes with a little research.
London and South Western Railway 8 inch mahogany cased English fusee railway clock with a spun brass bezel supplied to the LSWR circa 1898 by John walker of London. The quality English fusee movement with rectangular plates held together by turned tapered pillars, is in fully restored condition. The white enamel painted dial displaying BR(S) JOHN WALKER 1 SOUTH MOLTON ST LONDON 7582 SW has been restored. The Southern Railway clock records show that this was supplied in 1898 by John Walker at a cost of £2-12-6d and was last recorder in use at Falconwood station Booking Hall. Complete and in working condition with pendulum and key.
