A late Victorian silver mounted crimson red ?sunburst? glass miniature timepiece, the rectangular case with a convex glass aperture housing a movement with enamel dial, roman numerals to a single train movement ( movement detached from case) hall marks for Wright & Davies, London 1896, inscribed Percy Edwards & Compy. to base, with key, 11 cm high inc. carrying handle.
An Early 19th Century French Ormolu 'Pendule d'Officier' Mantle Clock, by F.S. Antoine Konner, Bruchsall, No.7251, the 4.25ins diameter white enamel dial with Roman hour numerals and Arabic quarter numerals, with concentric date ring with gilt pierced and engraved hands and blue steeled hands for date and alarm set, to the eight day quarter striking and repeating movement, with balance wheel escapement and alarm, striking on two bells, contained in case with coiled serpent handle, applied with oak leaves and foliate bosses to sides, on turned feet, 7.5ins high, Provenance: Bonham's, New Bond Street, London - 19th June 2007 - Lot 16Condition Report - The overall condition of the gilding to the exterior case is in very good condition and appears to be original, showing no obvious sign of any previous damage or repair. We can confirm that the movement is indeed an eight day movement and that the clock winds, runs, sets and repeats, however it has not been tested. The dial is in excellent condition showing no obvious signs of hairline cracks or previous repair. The hands appear original, likewise the glass to the front appears to be original and in good condition showing no obvious cracks or other damage. Overall a nice honest example.
Two French brass Cased Carriage Timepieces, one retailed by Spencer & Co Ltd of Madras, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, to the single train movement, contained in brass and bevelled glass case with reeded ribbon pattern frieze and base, on bun feet, 4.75ins high, the other by R & Co, with single train movement, contained in polished brass and bevelled glass corniche pattern case, 4.75ins high
An Early 20th Century Enamelled Rectangular Advertising Sign 'Cadbury's Chocolates Made at Bournville' in brown and white, 24ins x 36ins. Condition Report - There are some light scattered chips to the enamel around the outer edges, and a few light scattered scratches to the sign, but otherwise the front of the sign appears to be in reasonably good condition with no obvious damage/loss/restoration. The back shows a series of light scattered rust spots. On our view this is a period enamel sign.
A 19th Century French Ormolu and Mahogany Wheel Aneroid Barometer and Thermometer, by Henry Dasson of Paris, with 3ins diameter enamel dial and enamel thermometer, within ormolu case cast with grape vines and leaves, 18ins highThe item appears to be in good overall condition, showing no obvious sign of previous repair or damage, there is some light wear to the gilding commensurate with age and moderate usage, the enamel scale to the thermometer is in good condition showing no signs of hairline cracks or chips, the glass bulb containing the spirits is intact. The barometer itself-the enamel to the face is in good condition showing no obvious sign of cracks, chips or hairline and the numerals are distinct. The gold decoration to the dial is also intact and in good order and the hands appear original. Overall a good honest example.
A Continental Silvery Metal and Enamel Mounted Glass Octagonal Box and Cover, possibly French, the lid enamelled with four cherubs and a goat seated amongst the vines, within Royal blue enamel and silvery metal border engraved with leaf scroll ornament, 5ins x 3.25ins x 2.5ins highCondition Report - Glass - small flat chip through right vertical edge at front, and three small chips to the lower part of the front panel at front. Silver - small circa 1mm split/crease to front edge at left of silver collar. Hinge works well. Enamel - some very light scattered scratching but otherwise this appears to be in good condition, save a very small area of blue enamel missing to outer border at front, left, measuring approximately 1mm x 3mm.
A Continental Gilt Brass and Bronzed Spelter "Mystery" Timepiece, modelled in the form of a patinated spelter standing elephant with raised trunk holding aloft an integral case movement and pendulum, with Arabic enamel dial and blued finished hands, and raised on an oval walnut base, approximately 11.25ins highCondition Report - The mechanism has not been tested. When the key is wound it ticks for a few seconds and then stops. The case of the clock and attachments appear to be in good condition. The elephant equally appears to be in good condition with no obvious/damage/restoration

An Edward VII Silver Cased Timepiece of Rococo Design, by William Comyns, London 1902,the 2.25ins blue enamelled dial with white Arabic numerals, to the the eight day movement, contained in case of shaped outline with scroll and floral moulded mounts and engraved with floral and leaf ornament, 6.5ins high,Condition Report - The outer case is in excellent original condition showing only light wear commensurate with age and usage. The rear access door is a good fit and the hinge pin appears to be original. The floral embellishments to the front have some wear due to polishing over a period of time. The enamel dial is in good condition and appears free from hairline cracks etc. The glass to the front does appear to have had some previous scratches buffed out, however this is to a good standard. The mechanism appears clean and intact and the clock winds, runs and sets but has not been tested.
