Numerous small splinter chips around the edge of the base with some discoloured restoration to some of these splinter chips on the front edge of the plinth. Small areas of restoration to her right big toe and the corner of the cushion on the far left corner. The base is not completely flat and curves upward slightly towards the far end. A pair of Japanese cloisonné enamel vases, early 20th century, each decorated with birds amid blossom and flowers, on an apple green ground, circle and three rings mark to base, possibly Ando, 21.3cm high, one damaged**CONDITION REPORT**The first vase has a dented rim with some enamel loss to the border beneath it and to the blue enamel on the interior of the neck and is missing the applied foot rim.
