A boxed commemorative medal, early 20th century, presented by The Doctor Banardo's Homes, for Good Conduct and Length of Service, together with a quantity of commemorative coins and medals, to include: WWII Campaign and Service medal, a 1939/45 Star, a Burma Star and an Atlantic Star, 9ct crossover ring (1 stone deficient) and enamel badges.
A 17th century Japanese Kakiemon type dish with lotus petal rim edged in brown enamel. Painted in underglaze blue with three figures and a dog in an extensive landscape with buildings, a pine tree and an island in the distance. The reverse decorated with scrolls, concentric rings, a square seal and having stilt marks, 19cm wide. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Very good condition. No damage or repair.
A 19th century French brass cased carriage clock. With serpentine formed case having Corinthian column supports with copper terminals. With gilt dial mask and enamel chapter ring. Housing an 8 day movement with repeater mechanism striking on a gong. Stamped S. Jrety, 18.5cm. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Running. Base loose. Some wear to the lacquer. Strike and repeat function working correctly.
An early 20th century French brass carriage clock in fitted case. With engine turned mask, enamel dial decorated with flowers. Housing a two train movement with repeating strike mechanism on a gong. Back plate stamped R & Co. Made in Paris, 15cm. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Hair crack to the dial. Strap on the carry case detached at one end. Two springs intact but the balance wheel is stuck. Sold with key. Strike and repeat function working. One side panel loose.
A fine Rockingham plate with gadroon, acanthus leaf and shell moulded border. With rose du barry ground, gilt band and enamelled in autumnal tones with a named scene, North End of Windermere. Printed red griffin mark and red script c1827-30, 23.75cm wide. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Crazed. Some slight minor enamel wear. Some black marking to the un glazed foot rim.
A 19th century French gilt bronze and silvered mantel clock by Henry Marc, Paris. Housing an 8 day movement with silk suspension and striking on a bell. Surmounted with a figure of Napoleon Bonaparte, with enamel dial over an oval cartouche decorated in relief with a battle scene. With a shaped scrolling apron and raised on bracket supports, 57cm high. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Case in good order. Chipping to the dial. No key or pendulum.
A Chinese Guangxu (1875-1908) pan topped bowl. With painted enamel and bianco sopra bianco decoration to depict cranes in flight over crashing waves interspersed with fruiting sprigs. Four character mark in red, 14.5cm diameter. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Two rim chips and three feint hair cracks.
A large 19th century French gilt bronze and slate 8 day mantel clock with enamel dial having Roman numeral markers. Surmounted with a Classical maiden playing a harp and seated on a stool inscribed Salmson 1857. Inlaid to the plinth with a trailing band of enamelled convolvulus. Housing a cylinder movement striking on a bell, 63cm wide. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Some chipping to the slate. Bronze and gilding in very good order. Bell loose with no nut. Key and pendulum lacking. Dial clean.
A 17th century Japanese Kakiemon type dish with lotus petal rim edged in brown enamel. Decorated in underglaze blue, overglaze green and red enamel with exotic pheasants under a border of prunus blossom and peonies. Painted in underglaze blue to the reverse with karakusa scrolls and pears, with concentric rings, Fuku seal and having stilt marks, 22.25cm wide. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Two rim chips. No cracks or repair.
A 19th century French marble and gilt bronze mantel clock of Neo-Classical form. Surmounted with a figure of Aphrodite and attendants. With an enamel dial with Arabic numeral markers and housing an 8 day cylinder movement striking on a bell, 37cm. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. No pendulum or key so we are unsure as to whether or not the clock is running. There are very minor chips along the bottom edge of the marble and slight scratches near the bezel clasp. The right hand putti has a bow by his side that is loose. The dial is in good clean condition. Bronze gilding may have been refreshed, there are some slight marks in places.

A late 17th century Japanese decagonal blue and white dish with brown enamel rim, probably Kakiemon kiln. Painted with fishermen in a boat, the front figure hauling in a net under the shade of a rocky outcrop issuing prunus blossom and another island on the opposite side with a pine tree. Painted in underglaze blue to the reverse with scrolls, pears, concentric rings, square seal and having stilt marks, 21cm wide. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. Two small rim chips.
