A 9 Carat Gold and Enamel Mayoral Badge, presented to Councillor Thomas K Briggs JP, Mayor of Middlesbrough 1934-35, cased, and a 9 Carat Gold and Enamel Past Mayoress Badge, presented to Mrs S W Briggs 1934, cased, together with a scrapbook containing numerous newspaper cuttings and photographs pertaining to the period 1934-35 Mayorship; a Tees Valley Water Board Booklet, "The Opening of the New Administrative Headquarters, Corporation Road, Middlesbrough, Wednesday 3rd July 1935"; a Gilt Metal Masonic Breast Jewel. A Louis XV style ormolu striking mantel clock, the finial in the form of a seated cherub on a cloud playing a lyre, the case with scrolling foliage and four leaf-capped scroll supports on a shaped platform with pierced apron and bracket feet, fitted a circular white enamel dial signed Honegger and having an eight-day movement striking on a bell, the case stamped BD352 (Beurdeley), 43.25cm (17") high. A late 19th Century mantel clock, the case with rouge marble top and ormolu female caryatids to the corners terminating in scroll supports, the sides with pierced ormolu shell and foliate rectangular panels, the front fitted a circular enamel dial with Arabic numerals and painted swags of flowers, fitted an eight-day movement striking on a bell, the dial signed G Camelin, 19.5cm (7.5") high, see illustration

A REGENCY MAHOGANY CASED WALL CLOCK having a circular white enamel dial with Roman numerals signed Perigal & Dulerrau, New Bond Street, within a brass bezel, the double fusee movement striking on a bell, 14" convex dial, 16 3/4" diameter overall. Note: The Perigal family are well recorded as working in London in the 18th and early 19th Century and Perigal & Duterrau are recorded as being `Watchmakers to His Majesty`, 62 New Bond Street, 1810-1840 (see illustration).
