There are very small traced of blue enamel. with the scroll work originally being fully enamelled and since removed. The two hoops are linked together by pins but there is some movement. The hoops have ring links to them suggesting they once suspended something. It is not hallmarked or stamped, valued as gold. It fastens with a pin and c-hook. Gross weight 23.8 grams.
