A 19th century Continental porcelain plaque painted with the Madonna and Child. In Gothic revival frame inlaid with ivory decorated with penwork and set with coloured paste stones. Label to the rear for Mario Zuccarelli, Roma, 34.5cm. Very large flat chip to the front of the plaque with just under a third of the chip retained and reglued. Heavy losses to the frame.
