˜A FINE CAUCASIAN SILVER-MOUNTED DAGGER (KINDJAL), GEORGIA, TIBLISI ASSAY MARKS, DATED 1870 with broad double-edged blade formed with a central wootz panel including two long slender fullers and, over the forte with an incised frame enclosing the cutler's mark on each face, iron hilt decorated around its border with gold koftgari scrolls, fitted with a large silver ferrule at the base, encircled with a band of filigree and decorated at the front with a panel of neillo scrollwork and, on the back, with a niello bird, fitted with a pair of grip-scales of dark horn and contrasting marine ivory, retained by three iron rivets, fitted at the front with three washers decorated with gold koftgari foliage, in its leather-covered wooden scabbard encased in silver over the entire outer face and the majority of the inner, the former decorated with a symmetrical arrangement of flowers and foliage within a leafy framework enclosing a pair of central birds, the latter with a pair of serpents on the chape and with a brief inscription on the locket, fitted with a pocket for an additional knife and a loop for suspension, the hilt and scabbard both struck with assay marks and the maker's mark 40.0 cm; 15 3/4 in blade The assay master's mark is that of Jegor Blumberg, active 1841-1886. The inscription is in Georgian and includes the phrase 'For home and family'.
˜A FINE CASED PAIR OF 24-BORE FLINTLOCK DUELLING PISTOLS BY JOHN MANTON, LONDON, NO. 3259 FOR 1799 with heavy rebrowned twist octagonal sighted scratch rifled barrels signed in gold capital letters on the top flats and numbered beneath, silver fore-sights, case-hardened patent breeches incorporating the back-sights, inlaid with gold-lines and with gold-lined vents, border-engraved case-hardened tangs decorated with foliage, trophies-of-arms and a starburst, signed case-hardened border-engraved flat bevelled locks, engraved with foliage on the borders, trophies on the tails and starbursts beneath the pans, fitted with detents, blued bolt safety-catches, semi-rainproof pans, and rollers on the steel and springs, highly figured walnut full stocks numbered inside the barrel channels, chequered rounded butts, blued spurred trigger-guards numbered within ovals carried by trophies-of-arms on the bows, blued trigger-plates with pineapple finials, horn-tipped ramrods, one perhaps the original (the other restored), and some early finish throughout: in an early fitted mahogany case, the lid with circular escutcheon incorporating a carrying handle (the rear left corner cracked), with ivory key escutcheon the interior lined in green baize (light wear, small holes), with some accessories including three-way powder-flask, bullet mould and turn-screw 28.2 cm; 11 1/8 in barrels
BAKER JOSEPHINE: (1906-1975) African-American Dancer and Singer. A good signed 4 x 5 photograph by Baker, the attractive image showing Josephine Baker alongside her husband Joseph Bouillon, both surrounded by eight of her adopted children and before a Christmas tree. The photograph bears to the lower white border the names of the eight children carefully annotated "Jani - Brahim - Marianne - Axio - Moise - Jannot - Luis - Jean-Claude". Signed in bold blue ink by Baker and in French to the verso `Souvenir from "The Rainbow tribe", Josephine and Jo. Bouillon´ Small overall minor age wear, mostly to corners. GBaker began adopting children while working with the Civil Rights Movement, and formed a family she often referred to as "The Rainbow Tribe". Baker wanted to prove that "children of different ethnicities and religions could still be brothers." Her estate featured hotels, a farm, rides, and the children singing and dancing for the audience. She charged admission for visitors to enter and partake in the activities, which included watching the children play. She also raised them as different religions to further her model for the world, taking two children from Algeria and raising one Muslim and the other Catholic. Baker raised two daughters, French-born Moroccan-born, and ten sons from Korea, Japan, Colombia, Finland, France, Israel, Algeria, Coast of Ivory and Venezuela. Baker lived for some time with her children and fourth husband Jo Bouillon (1908-1984) and with an enormous staff in a chateau in Dordogne.

Ramirez's (Sean Connery) katana from Russell Mulcahy's fantasy action-adventure Highlander. The Spanish-Egyptian immortal wielded his sword throughout the film as he trained Connor MacLeod (Christopher Lambert) to face The Kurgan (Clancy Brown). Ramirez was ultimately beheaded by The Kurgan, and the katana passed on to MacLeod, becoming his signature weapon throughout the ages. This version of the sword is missing the dragon head on the pommel, a component that broke away when MacLeod dropped the sword shortly after his final victory over the Kurgan while receiving "the Prize". The sword comprises a polished stainless-steel blade, a gold-coloured machined aluminium tsuba and a cast resin grip finished in cream to replicate worked ivory. Ornate Japanese-inspired patterns decorate the grip. The weapon displays scuffing and corrosion on the blade, notable paint wear on the tsuba, and additional signs of damage on the grip. Duncan MacLeod's (Adrian Paul) hero katana from Doug Aarniokoski's fantasy-adventure sequel Highlander: Endgame. MacLeod wielded his katana throughout his modern-day adventures, using it to decapitate the reborn Immortal Jacob Kell (Bruce Payne), before absorbing his power through The Quickening.The sword comprises a polished aluminium blade with a high-impact plastic grip, which is finished to replicate the appearance of fashioned ivory. The grip features ornate carvings depicting tableaux from rural life, and the handle tip is carved into a dragon's snarling face. Between the handle and blade is a copper-coloured metal tsuba, engraved with images of birds of prey. Completing the lot is a black metal scabbard with black thread around the top. The blade and scabbard display light scratching and scuffs, and the lot is accompanied by a letter of authenticity. An Apple of Eden and chest from Justin Kurzel's video-game adaptation Assassin's Creed. Sultan Muhammad XII (Khalid Abdalla) was forced to hand over the ancient relic to Torquemada (Javier Gutiérrez) in order to save his kidnapped son, but the Apple was soon recaptured by Aguilar (Michael Fassbender).The spherical artefact is made of orange resin, with reflective materials added to the core to produce a mysterious appearance. Engraved markings cover the exterior. The chest is made of dark-stained wood with ornately engraved resin panels, hand-painted to replicate worked ivory. The Brotherhood of Assassins emblem is incorporated into the panels' detailed patterns. A curved insert for the relic is fitted within the chest. The lot displays intentional distressing, and scratches are present on the wood. Logan's (Hugh Jackman) bone claws from Gavin Hood's superhero movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Logan used his bone claws in early scenes, most notably when he fought his half-brother Victor (Liev Schreiber) outside a bar. The claws were soon coated in metal after Stryker (Danny Huston) performed an experimental procedure on Logan, in which his skeleton was reinforced with adamantium.Custom-made for the production, the claws are made of resin, and extend from cast aluminium grips. Each claw is highly detailed and has been finished in varying shades of ivory and brown paint to resemble a length of real bone. "L" and "R" are scratched onto the underside of the palm grips.
