OF LOCAL INTERESTA Victorian silver presentation trowel, maker Thomas Byne Exeter, 1856: with inscribed blade "... Foundation stone of Northmore....", with turned and crested ivory handle, 26cm. long.*Note Northmore is a house near Dulverton, Devon and was built between 1856-9 by John Mason (Builder) for John Arthur Locke.
An 18th Century Italian ebonised, ivory and marbled cabinet on a later stand:, bordered with ivory lines and inset with oval, lozenge and triangular variegated marble plaques, the cabinet with a moulded caddy top, the interior fitted with nine small and single long drawers about a central enclosed mirrored cupboard, having engraved ivory veneered fronts with decoration of landscapes and buildings about a central figure of a standing soldier and with applied brass guilloche bandings, enclosed by a pair of doors, with applied brass masks and mask and foliate spandrels, the stand fitted with a slide and a single long drawer, on turned tapering legs united by curved undulating X-frame stretchers, terminating in bun feet, the cabinet 53.5cm (1ft 9in) wide, the stand 66cm (2ft 2in) wide, overall height 138cm (4ft 6 1/4in).
A 19th Century Italian carved ebonised and ivory marquetry inlaid hall chair:, bordered with lines, having acanthus scroll cresting, turned finials and central solid splat decorated with a standing female figure within arcaded surround of ribbon tied pendant husks, mythical animals, cornucopia and scrolling foliage, having turned uprights with mask and paterae panels and solid seat on turned and foliate square section legs, united by undulating flattened stretchers.

We are delighted to offer for sale this restored LHD 1968 Porsche 911L SWB. This beautiful icon is now presented in Porsche heritage Light Ivory exterior with a near perfect Black leather interior. Only 445 cars were ever built.This particular 911L was supplied new in September 1968 to the state of Pennsylvania, USA. It was ordered in Burgundy Red with a Black leather interior, all of this is noted in the letter of origin from Porsche Cars GB Ltd.The Porsche was restored by recognised Porsche expert, Mr Peter Morgan in 2013. The engine was upgraded to ‘S Spec’ and has just turned 2,000 miles since completion. The whole process has been documented with pictures.Since this excellent restoration, the car has been well maintained and a list of invoices are with the history file. Odometer reading 6,864.
