A low ownership, low mileage Supercharged XKR immaculately presented and correctly maintained - Offered Without Reserve.Offered here is a supercharged Jaguar XKR that was supplied new to the UK and first registered in December 2006. It was thoughtfully specified in Platinum Silver Metallic with an Ivory extended-leather interior, a timeless colour combination that suits the profile of the XKR perfectly. Since delivery in 2006, the Jaguar has had just two previous keepers and the speedometer indicated only 38,414 miles at the time of cataloguing. The condition of this example can only be described as remarkable, and belies the mileage shown on the speedometer. The paintwork gleams across the entire bodywork, the panel gaps are uniform and all trim presents beautifully. The interior shows only minimal wear including the driver’s seat, and the cabin feels clean and fresh. In fact it’s a fabulous place to be. The car has formed part of a private collection for the last five years and has been dry stored correctly in a humidity and temperature-controlled storage facility. The large alloy wheels are immaculate, and the brake calipers also present well, peeping through the alloy spokes. On test, the supercharged V8 fired into life on-the-button, sounding keen and healthy, and on the road the car felt well planted, swift, comfortable and purposeful.Accompanying the Jaguar is a history file that contains the original Jaguar book-pack with a fully-stamped service book showing 13 stamps, all from Jaguar main agents, with paper invoices to support, the most recent being March 2022 at 38,792 miles. The file also contains old MOT Certificates to help corroborate the indicated mileage and the current V5C is ready for transfer or export. The appropriate registration number, M444 XKR, does form part of the sale and will remain on the car.Undoubtedly the best example currently available, presented in classic colours with unquestionable provenance, sensible mileage and relatively low ownership. This is a modern classic Jaguar with design cues from the iconic Jaguar E-Type and fitted with a glorious supercharged power unit – rare to find in such lovely order.SpecificationMake: JAGUARModel: XKRYear: 2006Chassis Number: SAJAC43R179B11485Registration Number: M444 XKRTransmission: AutomaticDrive Side: Right-hand DriveOdometer Reading: 38414 MilesMake: RHDInterior Colour: IvoryClick here for more details and images
A multiple show-winning, and magazine-featured '55 Bel-Air beautifully restored with amazing attention to detail.Offered here is a 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air Saloon that has been subject to a complete body-off restoration finished to very high standards and the quality of the finish achieved has allowed this ’50s American Saloon to feature in magazine articles and take numerous awards at shows and events. Truly spectacular, finished in correct original colours of Regal Turquoise with Indian Ivory and a remarkably well detailed turquoise interior. At the time of cataloguing, the speedometer indicated just 12,920 miles which appears to be since restoration. The rebuild was total ground-up nut and bolt including all new inner and outer panels, front and rear wings, door sills and floor pan. The panel fit is excellent across the entire body including the doors. Paint finish remains very good along with all the fixtures and chrome-work. The interior is a work of art with seats retrimmed correctly in keeping with the original ‘50s Bel-Air pattern and all instruments appear to function correctly.Documents within the history file suggest that the six-cylinder, 3.9-litre engine has been replaced by a new 5.7-litre GM Factory unit upgraded with performance enhancements including ‘Pro-heads’, four-barrel Holley carburettor, twin exhaust system, uprated manifolds and an improved cooling system with aluminium radiator and cooling fans. On test the Bel Air fires into life with ease thanks to the electronic choke, sounds very healthy and makes good oil pressure. Out on the road, the car is an absolute pleasure to drive with the 3-speed transmission smooth and responsive, relatively precise steering and decent brakes.Accompanying the Bel Air is a substantial history file with numerous invoices for works completed in the US before import into the UK. Once back here, a previous owner took the car to the next level of detail and more invoices can be found evidencing further extensive works. All import documentation is on file and the car is correctly registered with a current V5C ready for transfer or export. A feature in ‘Classic American’ July 2020 outlines one man's obsession to create the perfect '50s Bel Air – successfully achieved it seems. Numerous trophies accompany the car for ‘Best in Show’ at specialist American car and hot-rod events. A professional private classic car inspection report can also be found in the file which supports the integrity of this example totally. This is a beautifully finished 1950s American Saloon which could be a focal point of any car collection or will continue to attract all the right attention from Concours judges or enthusiasts at classic car events. With decent space in the rear, this could also be enjoyed by friends and family.SpecificationMake: CHEVROLETModel: BEL-AIRYear: 1955Chassis Number: C550015925Registration Number: 332 UYJTransmission: AutomaticDrive Side: Left-hand DriveOdometer Reading: 12920 MilesMake: LHDInterior Colour: Two tone turquoise / whiteClick here for more details and images
A delightfully restored example of the 500F Nuova (1965-1973) which featured conventional doors, a folding sunroof and a bit more power. On offer here is a delightful Fiat 500F finished in Aquamarine with a period-correct red and cream interior. Introduced in 1965, the F featured conventional doors a shorter sunroof, strengthened transmission and a little more power.WGU 476F was purchased in 2017 by our vendor after having had the bodywork refreshed but still in need of a little ‘TLC’ to bring it up to the next level. With that in mind, a schedule of works was embarked upon which was to include a full mechanical overhaul including the sensible decision to fit an all-synchromesh gearbox together with a full suspension strip and rebuild with all components refreshed or renewed as required. With the focus on keeping as close to the factory specification as possible, the interior was correctly retrimmed including the ribbed rubber matting alongside a new folding roof and even the tool kit received careful consideration such has been the attention to detail. Accompanying this outstanding Fiat is a comprehensive history file including an original Italian handbook, a workshop manual and factory parts catalogue, various invoices and some rare factory advertising material. Delightfully presented and offering a much- improved driving experience, this is one ‘Cinquecento’ that would be happy within any collection or being used as intended, as a fun urban run-around and, on offer at No Reserve, may be the bargain of the day.
