Together with its gilt wooden label inscribed ‘Sword presented to General Mirrlees by the officers and men of the Artillery in India’. Blade 80cms, overall 93cms. Preserved in fine condition, a few small patches of staining to gilding. Major-General William Henry Buchanan Mirrlees (1892–1964), R.A. Blade 82cms. Good condition, repaired break to scabbard.

Blade 82cms, overall 95.5cms. Basically good condition, quillon slightly bent and cracked, some patches of moderate to heavy pitting to blade, retains traces of blued and gilt decoration.
