Areas of old discoloured glue are visible to repaired areas. Some slight and relatively minor losses to pierced fretwork to the sticks, the ribbon may perhaps be a later replacement, it has certainly been reattached to one guard, The quality of the carving is intricate, it is a very decoraative example and has been well executed.
