A GEORGE III SCOTTISH SILVER COFFEE POT, by George McHattie, Edinburgh 1807, panelled form, with a wooden handle and ivory knop. 25cm high, 28.8 troy ounces grossCONDITION REPORTDate letter to the foot is slightly rubbed. The knop slightly leans in and there are some minor bruises and dings to the body but nothing of significance. The handle is sturdy and the pot stands upright and does not rock. The cover closes flush and the hinge is in good order.

A GENTLEMAN'S ROLEX PRINCE BRANCARD STRAP WATCH, rectangular ivory "Doctors" dial signed Rolex Prince, higher dial has Arabic numerals and blued steel hands, lower dial indicates seconds and has Arabic quarters and batons between, rectangular flared case 43mm by 26mm with curved profile and alternate white and yellow "Zebra" stripes, snap on case back internally marked 'R.W.C.Ltd' and hallmarked 18ct gold 1929, manually wound movement signed 'Rolex Hairspring Timed 6 Positions Observatory Quality 15 Rubies' and signed 'Rolex Extra Prima' to the barrel, movement number 73073, model number 971, serial number 65220, fitted with an aftermarket brown leather strapCONDITION REPORTWatch is currently functioning but timekeeping not tested, case back has an entwined monogram and there is an internal engraving "From Dad to Reg on his 21st Birthday 4/1/15". It is noted that there is a very small hole in the yellow metal at the lower right corner, and another smaller pinhole in the case (lower left section, on the join line between the left white stripe and adjacent middle yellow stripe) but these should both be repairable. Light surface scratches to glass and case, dial shows aging and discolouration commensurate with age but it still legible.
