An 18th century dress of ivory silk damask with printed floral sprays, the much-altered bodice calico-lined, boned, machine and hand-stitched and trimmed with pink silk ruching and ivory lace, the skirt with front opening to reveal quilted silk petticoat, possibly altered, with insertion of pieced fabric to create a sack-back dress, with a larger, unfinished bodice.
