Royal Worcester part teaset to include a bowl, five cups, six saucers, and four plates. decorated with floral studies on ivory grounds, puce printed marks with varying date codes, all late 19th century. (16) Condition report: One side plate is chipped, the sugar bowl has wear to the rim. There is minor patches of wear the rims of the cups and other pieces.

Provenance: Acquired by the grandfather of the current owner in the late 1920s?1930s. Thence by descent. Each cup and beaker with flared rims, gilt interiors and nielloed with foliate ornament, rural or military figures, the creamer rim cast with four shaped lips, the body nielloed with scrolling foliate motifs with scroll ivory handle.

A 19TH CENTURY BRASS-BOUND ROSEWOOD ARTIST BOX by W.J Reeves & Sons, having a hinged rectangular top with brass bound edges and stringing with a central shaped cartouche, also a tooled leather paper holder and sectioned interior containing blocks of watercolour paint, a glass brush washer, marble mixing palette and small ivory palette, the facia with secret drawer containing eight ceramic mixing bowls. 8.5cm(h) x 30.5cm(w) x 22cm(d)CONDITION: The top with splits and some lifting to brass stringing, some brass edging loose, one corner section missing, the interior in used condition, cracking and chips to ceramic bowls.
