Two leather bound Bibles from the Willington family. One belonged to Reverend John Henry Willington, the only Wesleyan Methodist Minister to survive when six missionaries were sent to the Ivory Coast at the beginning of the 20th Century. Fascinating history is supplied with the bibles, including letter, birth certificate (1891), marriage certificate and indenture (1876).(B.P. 21% + VAT)
