A carved hardstone cameo gold pendant depicting the bust of Pope Pius VI (Giovanni Angelo Braschi 1717-1799), the carved hardstone profile in ivory agate to a mottled tan ground, signed `Joan. Pichler. F.`, possibly associated with the famous German-Italian family of gem engravers and an abreviation for Johann. The cameo mounted to a milled border and plain outer gold frame with a later French import mark 1838-1865 with a plain gold suspension loop. 56 x 42mm CONDITION REPORT: Two very small grey marks to the shoulder, which appear to be superficial.The light tan crescent shaped areas to the top of the head, cheeks and chin are natural feint bands within the agate.A very small conchoidal fracture to the reverse of the cameo, close to the frame.
A Victorian painted miniature watercolour on ivory brooch/pendant, the painted miniature of a gentleman beneath a glazed cover with a gold frame, composed of interwoven twigs, glazed locket verso with concealed bale. Tested as approximately 15ct gold CONDITION REPORT: Minor dents to areas of the entwined branches.Areas of tarnish to the mount, also very dirty.A monogram or signature to one side of the miniature, dated 1848.

CONDITION REPORT: Spoons: one has a solder repair across bowl to base of stem. Two have small splits to tips of bowls. Another has a small dent to bowl. Light wear. Some of the tines of the forks are slightly worn and bent. Knives have splits to handles and corrosion to blades. Mounts to ends of handles are worn. One is missing and another has a solder repair.

After market strap fitted, non-Rolex buckle CONDITION REPORT: Light surface scratches throughout.Scratches to the glass.Deterioration to the hands.Probably a replacement winding crown.Winds and ticking.
