A 19th Century mahogany cased stick barometer with mercury thermometer and barometer, the ivory dial inscribed "Hewitson of Newcastle on Tyne" with circular bell to base 96 cm long CONDITION REPORTS 19th Century rather than George III. There is some discoloration to the ivorine panels inside as well as dirt within the case. Some knocks and bumps etc to the wood, in need of a clean. The bottom section of the barometer has a large crack running through the wood and several chips to the outside. General wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for more details.

A 19th Century Chinese carved ivory miniature table with puzzle ball pedestal together with an early 20th Century carved ivory netsuke as a seated goat, four various early 20th Century carved ivory netsukes as seated gentlemen, the small carved ivory okimono as a woman washing linen, two simulated ivory figures, a Chinese enamelled scent bottle with fish decoration and a simultated ivory scent bottle CONDITION REPORTS The puzzle ball stand has some light surface scratches, accretions, some cracks to the ivory, discolouration and fading. There appears to be an old glued repair on the base of the stand. The carved scent bottle has a broken stopper and tarnishing to the metal. The stopper top is present however. One of the netsukes as a figure has an area of loss but the broken piece is still present. All items have some discolouration, accretions, scratches, etc and general wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for details.
