(2) The Company Scholberg & Gadet of Pelotas merged with Leopold Joucla in the mid 1870's to form Scholberg, Joucla & Silva and Alexander Gadet, was proprietor of this partnership from 1882 until his death in 1894, dating the first knife in this lot to circa 1875.
