CONDITION REPORTS: Generally in good condition, expected wear, small stress fracture to glass, the frame formerly a clasp.
An 18th century French stained ivory game counter The hinged rectangular lid centred with a rotating counter and with mother-of-pearl inlays, the interior engraved with a riverscape and inscribed Mariauaz le Jeune, Paris fecit, the underside decorated with a figure and precious objects. 8 cm wide. CONDITION REPORTS: Overall good, some minor cracking, small chip to base, one side rail to top lacking and small area of over painting, general wear.
Josef Lorenzl (Austrian 1892-1950), 'The Dancer', Circa 1925 The patinated and silvered bronze and ivory figure, modelled wearing collared playsuit, carved with cropped hair arms outstretched in elegant pose, mounted on a stepped and carved green onyx base, signed 'Lorenzl', 17cm high. JAQUES IVORY CHESS SET. A mid 19th century full club size, ivory chess set, by Jaques. The white king with the Jaques London stamp in two parallel straight lines to the base. The king with removable crosses, the knights in two pieces, the base screwing into the head. The king's crown stamped on the head of both rooks & knights. Height of king 11cm. (contained in an unrelated carved Chinese box)

CONDITION REPORT: metal gold-plated or pinchbeck, wear to metal of case, case dirty, chip to glass in blue section bottom left.
A Royal Worcester blush ivory vase, painted by Kitty Blake, dated 1936 Of lobed ovoid form rising to a pierced gilt everted rim with a body painted with series of blackberries and foliage reserved against a blush ivory ground, signed K Blake, 10cm high puce printed factory mark and pattern no. 306. CONDITION REPORT: Lot 473: minor rubbing, wear and dulling to the gilt at the upper pierced neck, rubbing to gilt at foot rim, free from visible signs of damage or restoration.

A Royal Worcester blush ivory vase, designed by Ethel Spilsbury, dated 1924 Of cylindrical form, raised on a spreading circular base rising to a inverted rim, the blush ivory and dusted gilt ground painted with pink roses in the Hadley manner, signed, 19.5cm high, green printed factory marks and shape no.G923.
A George II walnut silver table, raised and shaped outline, the top with herringbone stringing and an ivory star rosette to the centre, plain frieze on cabriole legs with scroll embellishment to the knees, pointed toes, each with a herringbone section, oak lining to the carcass under section, 69cm x 46cm, height 67cm. Provenance; Private client, Lord Hay, M Harris& Sons, London, receipt dated 1st June 1932, purchased for the client from Christies May 24th 1932, Bulstrode Park. The sale date seems to indicate that the lot was acquired on behalf of Lord Hay from the celebrated sale of fine furniture belonging to Sir John Frenchville Ramsden, 6th Bt. (1877-1958), the grandson of the 12th Duke of Somerset, at Bulstrode Park, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. Bulstrode Park, which was owned by the Duke of Somerset from circa 1809, being rebuilt in its present form in 1865 by Edward Adolphus Seymour, 12th Duke of Somerset, (1804-1885). When the 12th Duke died there was no male heir so the house and estate passed to his third daughter, Lady Helen Guendolen Ramsden and thence to Sir John Frenchville Ramsden.
