A 19th century mahogany and boxwood strung apprentice chest, containing two short over three long drawers, on bracket feet. Note: a non-transferable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for this item, ref T58M9CK441w x 20d x 41h cmWell made. Overall condition is complete and usable. There are missing veneers to the feet and a larger piece missing runing 15cm up the back corner. Some chips corners of the top the back edge. Locks have been removed except for the lower drawer, which has a key. Drawers run ok. Unrestored as was collected from a local house in Suffolk.
