A George III Naval Five Ball Spadroon, the 51 cm, twin-fullered, single edge steel blade etched with trophies of war and other ornamental devices, the gilt brass hilt with open five ball guard, opposed scrolling quillons, the reeded ivory hilt ''cigar banded'' with a strap engraved with fouled anchor, octagonal baluster pommel. Blade with overall rusting and pitting. Gilding to hilt worn. Dings to quillons and other parts. Grip with two sections of ivory lacking.
A Late George III Light Cavalry Trooper's Sabre, in the style of a 1796 Pattern, with 83 cm, broad, slightly curved and fullered steel blade, retaining traces of gilt-highlighted etching including trophies of war, Royal Coat-of-Arms and possible date, ''178?'', the gilt brass stirrup hilt with ribbed marine ivory grip. Blade with significant pitting and a number of small nicks to edge. Gilding to hilt worn in places. Grip with small area of loss, numerous small natural cracks and two larger cracks.
A Georgian Five Ball Spadroon Hilt Sword, the 68cm single edge curved steel blade with a broad and narrow fuller, faintly etched with a crown, diapering, martial trophies and thistles to each side, the gilt brass hilt with five ball guard and knuckle bow, fluted and reeded square section ivory grip set with a band centred by an elliptical panel engraved MLRVA, with cushion shape pommel, 81cm, lacks scabbard. Black patching to most of the blade, with faint etching and nicks to the edge. Slight wear to the gilt on the hilt. Lacks scabbard.
A Late George III Sabre, the 77 cm broad, curved and fullered blade etched, ''Osborn Warranted'', further etched with Royal Coat-of-Arms, crowned GR cypher, tiger (?) head and other ornamental devices, the gilt brass hilt with opposed scrolling quillons and foliage-cast langets, harebell-cast backstrap, wire bound ivory grip. Blade with significant pitting and rusting. Wear overall to gilding on hilt. Dings to quillon. Chain knuckle guard lacking and solder infill to pommel. Small areas of loss to ivory grip. Also various natural cracks and two larger cracks to ivory.
A VERY FINE JAPANESE MEIJI PERIOD CARVED IVORY & GOLD LACQUER FOUR CASE INRO & MANJU NETSUKE, the four case inro decorated in great detail to depict a Shi Shi dog ( lion dog ) amongst native sprays of chrysanthemum, with its original lacquered ojime bead and manju netsuke, the case 10.5cm x 6cm wide, the manju netsuke 3.3cm diameter.
